From John in Cincinnati: Are all of Anchor’s beers fermented in open fermenters? Are your ales fermented any differently than your lagers?

Bob: All of our products, whether ale or lager, are fermented in open fermenters. The ales are treated a bit differently in that their fermenters are square and deep as opposed to the wide, shallow “coolship” lager fermenters. But all are open.
